NewPool Space + Claude
Run your pool company in plain English.
Connect Pool Space to Claude and ask about your routes, customers and money the way you'd ask your office manager. Then have it do the work: book the filter cleans, move the stop, draft the campaign. You approve anything that goes out to a customer.

Three stops came in under 10 minutes, all GPS-verified:
| Customer | Tech | On site |
|---|---|---|
| Okafor | Tony | 4 min |
| Lindqvist | Tony | 7 min |
| Brennan | Dana | 9 min |
Two are on Tony's Thursday route. Okafor was flagged as a short visit and no reading was logged. Want me to draft a note to Tony?

How it connects
Your question goes in. Your numbers come back.
Pool Space runs a connector built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard Claude uses to reach outside tools. Claude asks Pool Space only for what your question needs, signed in as you.
1. You ask Claude
On the web, desktop or phone: "Who's overdue for a filter clean on Tony's route?"
2. Pool Space connector
Checks who you are and what your role allows, then pulls just the records it needs.
3. Claude answers, or acts
A plain-English answer with the numbers, and the next step done or ready for your yes.
What owners ask
Questions that used to take an evening.
Needs you: the Okafors asked to move to Friday, and a green-pool call came in at 9:48 PM (booked Thu 8 AM).
| Mike | 18 stops |
| Tony | 16 stops |
| Filter cleans due | 8 · $2,100 |
Want me to book the 8 filter cleans on each customer's route day?
Five customers, worth $1,125. Here's the text:
"Hi, it's TPS Pool. Your filter is due for a clean. We can do it on your regular Thursday visit for $225. Reply YES to book."
11 new pool permits in your zips. Seven are within a mile of an existing stop, mostly in Weddington and Marvin. Four already got the postcard; three are new this week.
How permit leads workTry asking
If it's in Pool Space, you can ask about it.

You stay in control
Claude works as you. Nothing more.
Pool Space shares data only when you ask, only for the company you're signed into, and only within what your role allows.
- Previews before anything goes out. Texts, emails, campaigns and quotes show you a preview first. Nothing reaches a customer until you say yes.
- Scoped by role. Owners and office managers see the whole company. A tech who connects sees only their own route.
- Every change logged. Anything done through Claude shows up in Pool Space's activity log with who and when.
- Disconnect anytime. Remove the connector in Claude, or revoke the key in Pool Space, and access stops.
Questions about Claude
What does connecting Claude actually do?
It lets Claude look up and work with your Pool Space data when you ask, so you get answers from your real routes, customers and schedule instead of general advice, and it can do the busywork for you.
Can Claude change things in Pool Space?
Yes, when you ask it to: booking a filter clean, moving a stop, adding a customer, drafting a campaign. Anything that contacts a customer (texts, emails, campaigns, quotes) shows a preview first and waits for your yes.
What data can it see?
Whatever your Pool Space login can see: routes, visits, customers, jobs, filter cleans, leads, campaigns and settings. A tech who connects only sees their own route.
Do I need a Claude account?
Yes. You connect Pool Space from your own Claude account. Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans. [Confirm current plan requirements before launch.]
Does it work with ChatGPT or Cursor?
Yes. The same connector works with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and other apps that support MCP.
Does it cost extra?
No. The Pool Space connector is included on every plan.
What's MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude connect to tools such as Pool Space. You don't need to know how it works to use it.
