Switching questions
What does "live in 7 days or your first month is free" mean?
If your routes, customers and billing aren't running in Pool Space within 7 days of getting your export, you don't pay for your first month.
What do I need to send you?
Your customer export from Skimmer, Pool Brain or Jobber (a CSV is fine), and a list of your techs. We handle the rest.
Can I switch in the middle of the season?
Yes. We import during the week and you go live at the start of your next route week.
What happens to my autopay customers?
We move recurring billing over. Saved cards can't always move between payment processors, so we flag every customer who needs to re-enter one and give you a ready-made text to send.
Does switching cost anything?
Not on a yearly plan: done-for-you switching is free with yearly billing and for Founding customers. [Confirm monthly-plan switching price before launch.]
