Listing, browsing, routes wanted, used equipment and tech job posts are free on every plan. When a route sells through Pool Space, the seller pays 4% (minimum $500). That covers escrow, the holdback and moving every customer into the buyer's account. Buyers pay nothing.

Yes, at any size and with no time limit. Routes, GPS-verified visits, the tech app, the customer portal, invoicing and payments are free. We earn a small share when customers pay through the portal, and from the paid plans.
They find the work: filter cleans to book, jobs to bill, overdue balances to chase, bank lines to categorize. On Core you approve each one with a tap. On Pro they do the routine work on their own and tell you what they did.
Yes. New accounts get 30 days of All-in-One free, no card. After that you stay on Core unless you choose a plan.
