Do I have to leave QuickBooks?

No. Keep your accountant in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Pool Space pushes customers, invoices, payments and categorized expenses to it, and the bookkeeper agent keeps the two in step.

Which integrations are free?

Everything you need to run the route: Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe payments, Resend email, Twilio texts, Google Maps and the Skimmer and spreadsheet imports. Accounting sync, the bank feed, payroll and premium apps are part of Pro; marketing apps are part of Growth.

What does MCP mean here?

The Model Context Protocol lets AI agents use an app’s tools directly. Where a vendor ships an MCP server, our agents can use it, and Pool Space has its own MCP server so Claude or ChatGPT can run your company.

Is my data safe?

Keys and tokens live in a server-side vault that only our back end can read. Every workspace is isolated by row-level security, and every change an agent or AI assistant makes is logged.

I use an app that isn’t listed.
